This site displays submissions to the Saxapahaw Prison Books shipping label Google form. Find your submission, click to open the shipping label in a new tab, and print it out!

Does your facility require prior approval?

Check on the printed out spreadsheet before you use this website. If it does, then you'll have to write a letter to your recipient and save the books for later. To do this:

First, check that your recipient is at the same facility here.
Then use this Google form to log your letter and record what bin you put the reserved books in.

Here's some other tips:

For state prisoners, the ID is a number, and for federal prisoners, the ID is a number with a dash in it. If the ID you typed in has letters, you might be accidentally including the unit of the prison.
If your recipient is in a jail (instead of a prison), this system won't work. Use PirateShip to make a label, or handwrite the address on your package in sharpie.
When printing labels, add a 0.1in or 0.2in margin to all sides. This makes sure the return address is legible after printing.
